I know that you're trying to have a sale, but is there any way you could put these new style DEMOS up on xstreet? I can't even TP into the store! Both sims are full!
I think it's awesome you're having this sale...i own A LOT of truth hair. However, it would be A LOT better for your customers if these hairs were also on sale on xstreet (and the new hairs on xstreet). Reason being, you can't get on either sim. I've been trying all day, I FINALLY got on one of the sims and someone restarted it. THEN I have crashed twice b/c of the lag while im trying to buy a hair...i have yet to be able to purchase anything.
Hmmmm, honestly I am getting angry about the two comments by anya and stephy. Truth is doing this sale for 2 weeks for us, which is very kind to do. I believe that gives everybody more than plenty of time to access 2 sims. TWO WEEKS. All those who think that they need to go the first day and trample on each other are simply silly.
Do you realize how much work it is to reprice thousands of items on Xstreet? And then rereprice them after the sale?
Both comments sound like these people had a RIGHT on discounted product. Instead of thanking the creator, you just rant around. YUCK!!!

I have tried to do my best by providing 2 full regions of product for people to shop from. As Music mentioned with the new structure of Xstreet it makes price changing very very laborious. Unfortunately as a content creator in SL we can't meet everyones needs. I hope a 2 week window can accommodate everyone.

I have taken 2 different AVs to Truth and had NO problems purchasing all the hair I wanted. I *love* Truth hair and wear it almost exclusively and I *LOVE* this sale - negative comments from people like you end up hurting those of us who really love and support these content creators. It's like Mama always said "If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all!" Don't ruin it for the rest of us!
I love you Truth! Hell, I'd even be willing to have your prim baby and I think they are .... WEIRD.
Oh - I also must say that I LOVE that you are using Belleza skins in your ads! Yay for my 2 favorite content creators in SL!
Look, I didn't care whether the hair was on sale or not, I was going to buy it anyway. I almost exclusively wear Truth hairs. My problem is that the sim is always so full anyway, that having the demos on xstreet makes for less time on everyone. I get the demos on xstreet, then I go to the sim and buy the hair there. Half price, full price, whatever. I just hate spending hours trying to get into the sim, then figuring out how to move, waiting for things to rez, and then trying to buy the demo only to find out it doesn't look good on me. And to try on the demo? I have to leave the sim and go somewhere else because it's going to take an hour to completely rez the demo. That was my only point. It cuts down on time and frustration to at least have the demos accessible to those who don't have an entire day to spend. The sims are lagged enough during a regular day, and with the sale it was even worse. I have no problem with the product or the prices, it would have just been nice to be able to demo without dealing with all the hassle.
@ Anya I really see where you are coming from. I apologise for not having the demo's available at this time... due to the changes to the SL Market place over the last few months, I have been holding off trying to avoid having to do things 2 -3 times as the changes happen on XStreet.
I am very grateful that you love the product and will always ensure that I can provide the best possible solution for your shopping ease. Unfortunately some things are out of my control (and for those who know me, I would love more control that end) but depend on Linden Labs to improve performance etc...
